I recently had a prang with my car, and so Enterprise were chosen by my car insurers to provide me with a courtesy car. They rang me to arrange a time and actually drove to my house to pick me up.

When we arrived at Enterprises office i was talked through the terms and conditions of the contract (e.g. when the car should be returned, if damage occurs what to do etc). We inspected the car together with any exisiting damage noted by the sales assistant. He then talked me through the features of the car. There was then a few minutes of paperwork and i was on my way. I was given a brand new 58 plate Chevrolet- it was immaculate inside and out and was of a similar size of my car.

Upon returning the car, the sales assistant took me outside and we inspected the car together. The deposit (£50 in case of damage) was promptly refunded back onto my card and i was dropped off by Enterprise at work.

Based on my experience, i wholeheartedly recommend Enterprise to anyone looking to rent a car.
