Advantages: fast, reliable, clean

Disadvantages: none

As a weekly user since more than 5 years my opinion has some value.

Where do you see a service where staff keeps talking to anxious car passengers for the full 35 minutes the crossing takes?

Where do you have toilets cleaned every 35 minutes on trains? In the double deck part of the shuttle you have them on each deck each 3 wagons, so even if one is out of use temporarily, you have another chance. Don't forget that nowadays many coaches have toilets. Moreover in the terminals you have clean ones with fresh flowers and you have more toilets along the waiting lanes (less attractive I agree, but users have some responsibility too).

Where do you have a management working on continual improvement and listening to all customers, respecting opinions and implementing good ideas?

I could go on.
Just know I have travelled really a lot for business in my life. I really like Eurotunnel. So much that I bought shares and made more than 100 colleagues Points Plus members. That counts I believe.

For those looking for the current prices and location of the terminals: please go to www.eurotunnel.com and if you want fast use the web's site map. If you click on journey, you will have a full description. All type of prices, heights of monovolumes still fitting in the car part (and therefore paying car price), are available.

For those who are not aware of it: Eurostar is a different company. You travel by train as a passenger between London or Ashford, to Paris and Brussels or Lille in the Nord of France.
Eurotunnel takes cars, coaches, vans, trucks. There was a system for bikes, but I didn't notice recent info on that.

Ditto what FooYoo said, how's about some info on pricing etc - you are after all a regular user!

I actually work with someone who was on the board when the company was established and feel that you could have elaborated a great deal more....

Read and rate some ops round the site (take a look at some of the 'newest extra rewarded opinions on the community page) they're the best of the best and you'll soon get the hang of things.

Need any help, then please ask me!

Sorry for the low rating, but I really needed some more information, where the stations are, prices, how to book etc
