Advantages: quick

Disadvantages: expensive, enclosed, poor checkin/out

The journey was smooth, save for a little jolting on the way back - inconveniently whilst carrying hot coffee, but isn't it always the way?
The check in was slow and tedious, but nothing more could be expected.
The tickets were overpriced for the service, but we all know that.

What was my nightmare? I passed out due to claustrophobia. :-< Ok, so my view is probably scewed due to this. And since I don't absolutely hate it now, even after that incident, I think I can now safely recommend it to everyone else. But I don't think I'll be doing it again myself in a hurry.

Sorry about the SU rating but I thought that you could have elaborated the stroy quite a lot. I felt there could have been more about the booking process, the price, when you went and how it compared to other forms of transport. If you re-write the op, please let me know.
