DO NOT USE EXCESS BAGGAGE AT ANY COSTS - SHOP AROUND!!!

I recently moved to Duabi and shipped my worldly possessions using Excess Baggage. When are items arrived we found that most of the boxes with fragile pieces in had been smashed and that they managed to smash our £1000 plasma TV. When I tried to claim the money back or receive an explanation as to how this happened; they took no liability, hardly gave an apology and were rather blasé about the whole affair.

There are lot of companies out there, seriously stay away from this one:- poor customer service and a basic lack of common decency.

Do not use the Excess Baggage Company (www.excess-baggage.com) as they claim 5 to 14 days for delivers, but it took over a month and cost me a fortune buying new clothes. They have really poor customer service.
