okay, well like where do i start?
the number 20 in rayleigh might aswell NOT frickin run, save yourself some money 'first' cos u aint transforming travel your service is a pile of crap. the number 20 just comes when it fancies. we have all had enough. everyone i mean everyone complains about this service it is a complete joke! i come home from college on an arriva bus, which is always on time in other words it comes when it says it will. unlike this company that cant even run a bus service on time when they come like every 20 mins anyway. it needs to be sorted out, the drivers need to stop smokingg and start doing there job properly. its late everyday and i end up waiting for 45 mins for a bus that just is run by a bunch of lazy sods! is there any need for 3 number 20s to come at the same time? nahh dont think so! it needs sorting out because you will loose customers and uve already lost me cos your service is crap. duno why i gave u one star, thank god i have legs cos i dno where i would be without them. from hullbridge to rayleigh takes about 10-15 mins not even that, so get off your arses, stop havin long breaks and perform the service u say you do. i am fed up of waiting for a bus just because the drivers cant be bothered because that is what it is. you might wanna take a leaf out of arrivas book cos they no how to run a bus company, the number 9 is emmense, so so regular and always on time. sort it out, seriously. oh and this is coming from a 16 year old so wait till u get something from someone a lot older!
