The worst company I have ever used! (First Group Buses)

I stumbled across this site & felt I had to add my own experience of First Buses - they have to be a contender for the worst company I have ever come across. I have been using their buses since I moved to Bristol 6 months ago as it unfortunately the only way I can get to work. I can count the times when the bus has been on time on 1 hand, 99.9% of the time it's either appallingly late or doesn't turn up at all! Add to that the surly drivers, their propensity to ignore chavvy teenagers throwing stuff around & swearing loudly, and that they have the heating on full whack 24/7 so the bus is more like a travelling sauna! My worst experiences so far have to be the two occasions where I waited for more than an hour on my own at a bus stop on a dark road for a bus that's supposed to turn up every 10 minutes - 8 buses went by the other way, one bus came speeding past me on my side of the road with "sorry not in service" despite having several passengers on board. A bus finally turned up rammed to the hilt - the smallest bus in the fleet - and at every stop noone got off, but the driver kept letting more and more people squeeze on, almost doubling the '15 standees allowed' .Considering there would be another 7 buses coming along within minutes of each other, this was complete insanity, but then what else would you expect from First?
