Advantages: cheap sunday savers

Disadvantages: late buses, poor service in general

As most of you are, you use this bus service regularly and as most of you will agree, their service is terrible, I am in your position with the buses being late constantly, over priced fares and their buses looking disgusting.

Okay, when you have had people on a bus all day, it is excused that there would be a mess but I have used the 6.50am bus before and there has been mess all over the place, do they ever clean their buses?

I have had so many problems with them, one time I was waiting for a bus from my boyfriends house to my house (a 30 minute bus journey) and he refused me on with a 10 pound note, okay, if my fare was around 1 pound I may have accepted that but it was about £5. He then made a completely inapropriate comment and that was when I got angry so I waited another hour for the next bus, after my boyfriend complained, they said they would do something about it but we did not hear from them again.

On other occasions I have been waiting for a bus for over half an hour when they are meant to be every 10 minutes, I can excuse traffic but I doesn't excuse three buses and then they all came along together, this is not the first time this has happened either.

They think they have the right to charge extra to use their service when they are making such a profit already, I can understand fuel prices are going up but the fares are becoming really expensive every other week. I am considering buying a car now!

The only good thing I can really say about them are that their prices are good on a Sunday for a Sunday saver, this however is their advantage too, you can not even get hardly any buses so it ruins the whole concept, you save around 10p.

The government are trying to promote buses, with this service I can see why people use cars

Many of our local buses are falling apart too, this does not even give me a pleasant journey for the rediculous money I am now paying.

All in all, try and avoid this service whenever possible.

Summary: I would not use this service unless you really have to.
