We have used Gatwick Flyer for a few years now and have recommended them to our friends and family they also go by gatwick flyer now, we have always had excellent service, polite drivers, easy bookings etc. the luxury of being picked up and dropped off makes travelling a pleasure, we hope they keep up this good service, well done Gatwick Flyers staff you are great.

Gatwick Flyer - Great service for 15 yrs
Been using them regularly for past 15 year ( 4-5 times a year)
and have always found them to be great. Been the occasional problem out of their control e.g. motorway blocked due to accident etc, but they have always delivered a service as advertise. Yep, often the coaches link up to transfer people heading in the same direction but this is a minor issue. A pain free and reliable start and finish to your holidays.
Finally, I have no link whatsoever with this company but it seems that only negative reviews are appreciated by some people. Highly recommended !!!

I've decided to stop using the Gatwick Flyer. I've used it more than 20 times in the last four years but it's no longer the service it was. Last time I used it we were at Thurrock for almost forty minutes waiting for another minibus to join us. Why couldn't they have picked us up a bit later? When we did finally set off for Gatwick the driver drove as if he was on a promise. The leg room is awful - worse than any charter aircraft. I'm only 5ft 4in and I was cramped. How on earth does anyone tall manage? I've just been looking on the website and see that there's a surcharge of £10 per person for using the "service" on Christmas Eve!!!!! I have used the Gatwick Flyer 6 times over the past 2 years and have always found their service to be friendly, efficient and great value for money. Fortunately, due to my locale I am picked up and dropped off door-to-door, but given the fact that a taxi would cost £65 each way it is my only financially viable option. It may take longer than in a cab but the coaches are comfortable and clean and although there is a stop off at the services area near Lakeside to swap over of Gatwick & Stansted passengers this only takes around 10 mins. The Gatwick Flyer had been recommended to me , but I was told it went door to door - not always so. I live in a village approx 3 miles from Brentwood and was looking to get to Gatwick by around 4AM. I was told that they did not pick up near me and the nearest place would be Brentwood High Street. So the proposal was that I would be stood in the high street at around 1 in the morning waiting for the pick-up. Since Brentwood high st is mainly full of nasty theme pubs and fast food outlets open till all hours it is not exactly the best place to be waiting around.
