We have used Gatwick Flyer for a few years now and have recommended them to our friends and family they also go by gatwick flyer now, we have always had excellent service, polite drivers, easy bookings etc. the luxury of being picked up and dropped off makes travelling a pleasure, we hope they keep up this good service, well done Gatwick Flyers staff you are great.

Gatwick Flyer - Great service for 15 yrs
Been using them regularly for past 15 year ( 4-5 times a year)
and have always found them to be great. Been the occasional problem out of their control e.g. motorway blocked due to accident etc, but they have always delivered a service as advertise. Yep, often the coaches link up to transfer people heading in the same direction but this is a minor issue. A pain free and reliable start and finish to your holidays.
Finally, I have no link whatsoever with this company but it seems that only negative reviews are appreciated by some people. Highly recommended !!!

Just read Ms Rennie's comments and have to think "get a life". Honestly, common sense would tell you that if you cant get to the bus stop on time to get the bus, then wait in the WARM in the airport till the next one. You get what you pay for in this life and if it is cheap then it will offer a lesser service than a dearer one. I have used Gatwick Flyer since it started and yes, sometimes you JUST miss the bus, and have to wait in the airport for an extra hour. And yes, sometimes they are 10 mins late picking you up. Just arrange your schedule accordingly. Compare parking your car at Gatwick and taking the Gatwick Flyer can work out the same but no hassle of driving. You can even doze on the bus and wait to be told you are there!

The experiences of my husband and I with the Gatwick Flyer have all been very good, with no complaints. The buses have always been on time and the drivers polite and courteous. Thanks to your disgusting service, 21-01-08 I have been sick for a week.
You gave us a time to pick up the bus from Gatwick, you obviously got your sums wrong.
It was impossible to get from the plane, which was on time by the way, to pick up the bus that you had booked us on.
But, we were less than two minutes late, so also were another couple, who had actually phoned you and asked you to stall for five minutes, to which the answer was no sorry cant do that. ! ! there was another bus in 2 hrs time 11-05pm Which was eight minutes late.
Your driver was rude , and drove like a maniac, going over speed bumps like he was enjoying himself, not giving a thought to an 83 +72 yr old couple Shirley Rennie

Ive used the gatwick flyer about 8 times over the past 10 years. I have found them excellent. Booking people are friendly. Drivers are friendly but concentrate on the road. As a frequent flyer I have used the 'Gatwick Flyer' service about 6 times a year for the past 18 years. My experience of the service has been very good. There has been the occasional snag e.g bus breaking down once, caught in a 6 hour traffic jam once, but these issues could happen to any service. Thanks for the tips, i was just about to book the service and having read your bitter experience, i don't think i will risk it.
i will rather drive to the airport and use the car park than to risk getting stranded or miss my flight.
