Horrible customer sevice and total ripp off. Always make sure you photograph your car before and right after you bring it back. We wanted them at Oslo airport to check the car with us when we returned but where told from a stupidly grinning person that "thats ok no problem" waving us off. Then a month later they accused us of bringing the car back with a tiny scratch and ripped us off 700 pounds- without ANY notice. I was just checking our credit card bill and was wondering where the hell this enormous amount was coming from.
After several fruitless mails someone finally told us about a "scratch". I was thinking fine, will never rent with them again and hand this to the insurance. But 6 months on I still did not receive all the necessary documentation needed for my claim. The so called "customer service" does never give you any personal email address or contact phone number, you never get an answer from the same person (I had very damn polite and useless email answers from about 14 people so far). And on top of that you just do not get any useful information out of them. They send us a scanned in copy of our rental contract which was just a blank unreadable sheet. So far neither the UK customer service nor the Norwegian one was of any use. As a regular traveler and car renter, I would strongly advise against them!

Summary: Forget it!
