Anyone who has travelled by the big express buses in Turkey will know they are in for a bit of a treat. Comfort is the name of the day with nice soft seats, air conditioning (not necessary in the winter obviously), friendly staff serving up tea and coffee and plying you with cologne frequently. No bus is comfortable to sleep on but Turkish ones tend to come close.
