So how would you run the service? I hear all the comments that have been put in his section and these are taken on board. Just to throw it all open to discussion though, without me putting in the technical details, how would you deliver a train service to your passengers? Please do not think that this is a pointless exercise. Some of the best ideas are simple ones put into context. Let me start you off. I would give you a train service that runs on time, if it is not running to schedule then I would let you know. It would be delivered at a good price by people who care about the whole set up. I cant comment on other Silverlink services, but I hope they are a bit better than this one. This is a useful service as its the main rail service that goes into Hackney, and all around north London. But its just so... horrible. The only improvement this service seems to have had ever is a new lick of paint and the (very) occasional vacuum. The seats are falling apart and the interior really needs a good sandblaster. Take a trip on this and you'll wonder ... Read the complete review
