3 hours late, no call, no excuse (Sixt)

Advantages: clean car Disadvantages: bad service, don't care about the customer
The car was 3 hours late, they did not warn me in advance, for example give me a call. To try to give me a call is the simpliest thing they could do... but nothing...so I had to wait in a small town for 3 hours, no sorry, no excuse, no refund or free meal or something. I just had to wait, all they could say was 'I can't help it'. The guy behind the counter was also very uninterested and careless. Summary: bad service and they dont care |
