Advantages: clean car

Disadvantages: bad service, don't care about the customer

The car was 3 hours late, they did not warn me in advance, for example give me a call. To try to give me a call is the simpliest thing they could do... but nothing...so I had to wait in a small town for 3 hours, no sorry, no excuse, no refund or free meal or something. I just had to wait, all they could say was 'I can't help it'. The guy behind the counter was also very uninterested and careless.
When the car arrived it was a totally different car from than what I ordered, it is not listed at their fleet or website.
Also service afterwards was very poor, all they can say is 'I can't help it'. Totally don't understand why they don't care about service. Sad. I'll Never hire at sixt again.
The one positive thing is that the car was clean.
So be warned.
