Effective and efficient service all round (South West Trains)

Advantages: Well planned routes, clean and comfortable trains and easy to follow timetables

Disadvantages: There are none

I have always found the service provided by South West Trains to be superb. Maybe this is because I am not a regular traveller, or maybe I'm just lucky! I often use the service between Reading and London Waterloo, Reading and Guildford and between Sunbury and Waterloo. I have always found the trains to be comfortable and clean, with plenty of space. The staff both on the trains and at the stations have been equally helpful and courteous. I really cannot think of a bad experience at all when using the service. Maybe regular commuters have higher expectations which are unlikely to be met? The trains run on time and are effective and efficient. The timetables are easy to understand, the routes are well planned, and the services are regular. Compared to our part of the world, the service provided by South West Trains is absolute bliss! I couldn't ask for a better service.

Summary: I have found there to be no problems - a superb service.
