Using pragueairport-shuttle.com,... they arrived late to collect us and took our money for the return journey and failed to turn up! leaving us at the mercy of the notorius street firms, (Who turned out to be slightly cheaper!). Various excuses re non collection. of a burglary and a cheque in the post, that was lost by the post office twice regarding compensation resulted in never being refunded. Advise to avoid this company. I visited in Sep 2002 do not be fooled like me. Enjoy prague though a must is karlov lazny a five floor night club by charles bridge. ********** Since writing this review*******, I have today been REFUNDED and COMPENSATED. So i would now recommend this company. The driver was a knowledgable and friendly American. The internet site provides you with a picture of where to wait for the driver that is easy to find. I arrived late at night so its worth the £13 or so each way. The trams in the city are easy to use, go to local shops to buy a small strip of tickets, a 10 min journey into the city is under 10p you are supposed to stamp your ticket yourself on entry! worth a visit is www.b35.cz, its clean, cheap accom with a great locals pub above.
Please now use the above company with confidence, the owner Chris remained courteous despite my protests and I tend to believe the excuses stated earlier by him.
