Ulsterbus while they provide an essential service they are somewhat behind the times. Too many old or basic buses service routes where the passengers deserve and need better. I mean that there are too many routes were you might be travelling maybe an hour or more and the specification of the bus in more in keeping with a short hop on hop of commutor type journey, perhaps within the City limits.
Its not very good if you board a bus knowing you are going to be on it for some time and the seats are dirty, hard and uncomfortable and, to boot, you are either too warm or too cold. On this score Ulsterbus needs to get therit finger out and look after the customer.
On the plus side they cover a hugh diversity of routes and there are many small towns and villages thoughout Ulster that benefit from this service and many people who depend on this service.

Summary: Better Bused a Must
