Me and my family went to Disneyland Paris's Hotel Santa Fe on the 05th Feb 2011 and came back on the 07th Feb 2011, we managed to get the bus to disney land and the hotel no problem at all. but on the way back, The driver stopped at the seqouia lodge hotel to pick up more passengers and then the driver started to drive off and drove the bus into the security bollards that come out the ground, and glass shattered all over the passengers and children were terrified and screaming with fright. VEA are the retained contractor responsible for shuttle services from Paris CDG Airport to Disneyland resort Paris. I feel compelled to make public this company's awful levels of service and the extent to which they are spoiling the Disneyland holidays of thousands of people every year. On 12th June 2008 myself, my wife and my two children booked a trip to Disneyland Paris from Birmingham (UK), including the VEA shuttle service from Paris CDG airport to the resort. When you book elements of travel separately often you find that getting from the airport to your accommodation is overlooked. On our recent trip to Paris we wanted to ensure that we had a smooth and quick transfer to our accommodation to get the most out of our short trip.
