Disadvantages: still operates the old intercity trains, sometimes delyaed

i think that people are unfair to richard branson. back when he won the franchise to operatate the west coast and cross country lines, he took over the weakest run rail service in britain. ive used virgin for a long time and i have only ever had one problem with virgin, and that was when we went to euston and we had to get one of the old ones!!!!! and no i dont work for virgin trains (although i wish i did - free travel to uni and back!!!) all im saying is give him a chance
