Advantages: Hmmmm, could take a while that one.

Disadvantages: Posh people and their mobile phones. Delays every single time. Terrible on board sound system!!

Excuse me for being slightly negative, but I always feel that if I'm going to pay £45 for something, I'm entitled to have an opinion! I regularly catch the Virgin cross-country service from Durham to Cheltenham and I hate it!

I object to paying such an extortionate amount of money - e.g. £ 40 for a single ticket, with a rail card for a journey I wasn't expecting to take and therefore didn't get a special offer. It would have been £62 one way without a rail card. I almost fell over in shock.

Most of the trains I have been on have been delayed, some lengthy, some just annoying. This is not good enough. It's no wonder people don't use public transport. As soon as can afford one, I'm getting a car.
