The Eastern Airways website experience is a terrible one and not to be trusted!

reason by their own admittion their website is not 'live' and doesnt offer the best fares all the time.

I have now also been charged £15 for cancelling as it did let me run two transactions concurrently at the £114 rate right up until the part you enter your payment details and it tells you the rate isnt available.

Reservations dont care, or want to do anything to help.

How can you put your life in their hands if they cant even run a reliable website!
