So I rush to the desk and explain and she said well you haven't paid to change it so that's why it's not right. I have used National Express several times in the past six months in order to get from Birmingham to Luton Airport and back again. National Express are a bus company that travel around the UK and Europe and is often a cheaper alternative to the trains if you have the time for the longer journey. On my journeys I have found that generally I am successfully there on time and they are reliable as I have never been more than 10 minutes late and when the timetable says it leaves it generally leaves (see exception below). I'm a student living away from home, and national express makes the massive journey I take every holiday from Basildon Essex, to Hereford in Midlands much more relaxing than I would ever have expected it to be. The coaches always leave on time, something I apreciate given that I am often puncutal and made to wait for those that cannot be bothered to arrive on time. The drivers so far have all been very polite and helpful, and I particularly like the printable ticket option. Int erms of customer service you can't really ask for more, free chilled water on the coaches, and even a wireless modem and phone ...

**Review on National Express COACH service only ** The first time I travelled with National Express was two years ago, London to Cornwall in a bum numbing 7 and a half hours. This was however, quicker than getting the train and a 10th of the price. Since then, I see if I can do all my long distance travelling through them. It's always cheaper than train transport I've found, but depending on where you are going you may be spending a lot more time getting there on wheels rather than tracks. Booking with National Express is easy. You can book in person from National Express coach stops, well in advance and even on the day if tickets are still ...
