Advantages: Really cheap tickets
Disadvantages: Website quite hard to use
This review is about the train side of this company, as I havent used the coaches ever.
I always book my train journeys on this website, whether I am travelling on one of their trains or not. I do this because their website offers 10% discount on fares on top of young persons railcard discounts.
The website is quite hard to use, as first it directs you to the coach, just take of the coach part on the website address, press go again and you get to the train part of the website.
Book single journeys, not returns as it works out a lot cheaper. I often travel from Leeds to Winchester and I have found fares for as cheap as 15pounds which is amazing, as I used to book with GNER before they went bust and it could be 60pounds for a single ticket!
The website is quite hard to use, but if you save your details its a lot easier and quicker to book with them.
You can book with credit card, and collect your tickets at the station or get them delivered to your house first class for free. If you want special delivery you have to pay up to 5pounds.
Theres no credit card charge, no booking fee so all you pay is the cost of the ticket.
Its a really great website, better than the trainline and better than buying the ticket in the station.
Summary: I use it everytime
