I regularly make the journey from Bradford Interchange to Chester on the National Express, and have no quarms with the service provided at all.

For many people, the prospect of sitting on a bus for 2 hours and 40 minutes to make a journey of 88 miles may seem like a stupid idea, this makes it a lot easier for people (like myself) who can't drive.

"What about the train?" I hear you cry. Well, considering the train for this journey would take 2 hours 45 minutes minimum, involve two changes, you're not guaranteed a seat, and cost twice as much, the National Express just reeks of brilliance.

National express busses are fully fittet with seatbelts, and most (if not all, I obviously haven't been on all of their busses, so can't ccomment) have a WC on board.

I found the seats to be comfortable, all having a reading light, and fan. If you're travelling during the day and need to get a bit of rest, all of the windows are fitted with blinds too.

The staff seem to be friendly and helpful, assisting with the stowing of luggage, and are very clear when calling out stop names.

This is a service which I would definately use again, and recommend to a friend.

I am giving this service a 4 rather than a five only because there was one occasion when the bus I was on suffered a technical fault, however, this was resolved in about 15 minutes, and didn't cause me too much bother.

Summary: Would definately use again.
