Disadvantages: rude dangerous staff. unsafe vehicles. ignore complaints. don't compensate.

Travelled April 09 from Street to London Victoria UK. Coach was overheated, stench of burning which driver later admitted was gearbox burning up! Due to crash on M4 there were hours delays but no alternatives offered, nor funds to allow tube travel from Heathrow [we didn't want to even stop there but were forced to get embroiled in the queues] so cost a further £4 each!

On return the driver seemed very dodgy, had let his girl friend on the coach before anyone, let her have a fag break at Heathrow but we weren't allowed off. Refused to let a passenger board who'd been delayed in the airport even though coach stationary for 5 more mins; loudly swearing at him and laughing as he drove off.

Then he even changed our route delaying us by dropping off his girlfriend at Swindon; NOT EVEN A SCHEDULED STOP!

He then tried to make up for time lost satisfying his friend by speeding along country lanes and the winding ones into Bath and beyond....rocking the coach all over. Passengers were upset but seemed too scared to distract him by asking him to slow down.

Took details of some and we all complained the next day but no one so far has had any proper reply except auto promises that it would be dealt with. And that's 3 months ago now!

Truly appalling and we have all alerted others not to use the company. They've had their rail franchise taken from them; enough said!

Summary: not worth any savings....why get rude treatment and even risk your life?
