I have travelled on National Express Coaches on occasion, however this will not be repeated in the future!
I embarked onto the coach with excitement it was holiday time yet again and was eger to get to Heathrow, however due to a delay which would have resulted in a 50 minute delay the driver decided to take an alternative route. This usually wouldnt cause any concern however you may wrongly assume the driverknows where he is going and maybe SatNav is installed, oh no its not, and 3 hours later we are travelling around Hayes. I have to congratulate the driver as using some common sense as to ask a fellow red bus driver on where we were. Just a pity he didn't do that 3 hours ago really!
Yes I missed my flight.
After 4 months of writing letters and telephone calls, including the chief executive, I finally got settlement on some of my costs.
Will I be using National Express in the future?
Definately not
