Advantages: Ahn excellt all round service - on this occasion

I can`t believe this, but I have to admit that I can`t fault the recent service that I received from the whole of the National Express service - from booking via the internet to travelling by coach.
This totally honest opinion is based on my experiences last weekend travelling from Birmingham to London.
The early morning coach was on time and not packed. This meant that I could relax and throughly enjoy my journey. I was also impressed with the driver who ensured that passengers did not eat hot, smelly foods or drink alcahol whilst on board.
When we arrived, the coach station was well sign posted and I could easily find my way out and on my way.
The return journey was just as good, and although the coach was a little late leaving - some extra passenger turned up at the last minute, I still could not fault the journey.
I hope you find the same experience as me - I know from reading other peoples reviews that all journeys are not as plain sailing as mine. However, on this occasion, all I can say is well done National Express. You are a company worthy of future business! I hope you found this useful.
