We have used Tudor Rose for about 10 years now and recently used the meet and greet service which works very well. This time, however, when I got home we discovered that the rear bumper had been damaged and immediately contacted the company sending photographs identifying the damage. My car is parked in such a way that the rear bumper is the first thing that you see each day as you leave the house and on the morning of departure we were in and out the house loading up the car and there is no way any rear damage would not have been spotted. Tudor Rose have not accepted any responsibility despite more photographs and e-mails and instead suggested that next time we should pay to have the car inspected. Why should you pay - I expect them to take care so there will be no next time.

Neither. You ... Read the complete review

Living in the South as we do, when we go on holiday we will fly from one of London's airports and 9 times out 10 that will be from Gatwick. Although we could get there by public transport, the sheer quantity of luggage we often take with us make this an impractical option, especially when we go skiing. The only real possibility is to drive there, but what to do with the car whilst we are away? In the past we have used the Long Term parking facilities at the Airport, run by NCP and Parking Express. Although convenient, these options are quite expensive, especially when you are away for more than a week and in fact, even these options do have inconveniences ... Read the complete review
