Advantages: It gets you from A to B

Disadvantages: Like a Building Site

I have used the London Underground (Tube) on and off over the last 25 years. I find it much better - in general - than it used to be.

But one thing always strikes me is that they are always making it better ... That is it is always like a building site. Because of the overruns on the previous upgrade it just runs into the next round.

I am glad of the latest stock now running on most lines, some of the others were getting on a bit. I also liked the new extension to the Jubilee line when I was on it.

The London Underground may not be the best Metro in the world, but there are worse.

The question would I like any of it in private hands?
