Comfort Quest Flocked Travel Pillow ... I must rant about these. The travel pillow, always one of those things you see in airports and think "Oh, that s a good idea" but you never go ahead and buy it. That s probably a good decision. Ok, so they are quite a good idea in theory. The pillows themselves aren t all that bad. They fit around your neck comfortably, they feel quite soft with their felt coating, and it means you dont have to lean your head against the window and annoy the rest of the passengers with your constant banging-head-against-window while the vehicle is in motion. Boots Travel Pillow ... do not fly well and when we were taking a flight while I was pregnant, I was concerned that I would be even more nervous than normal. We bought a travel pillow from Boots to try and make me more comfortable and see if I could get some sleep. I did not manage to sleep but I did relax a lot more. I rested my head on the pillow, closed my eyes, listened to music and pretended I was on a train. It worked! The pillow is inflatable and extremely comfortable. The good thing about it being inflatable is that it is small to carry and also you can blow it up to whatever depth suits you most. Boots Travel Pillow ... Travel pillow On a recent long haul flight, I decided it was time to over haul some of my travelling accessories and try to make myself comfortable. A brief foray into Boots whilst buying travel bits and bobs found this travel pillow. With visions of 9 or 10 hours of uninterrupted sleep I opened the pillow out of its quite well sealed plastic casing. The pillow itself is a kind of grey colour and comes with a matching bag (both of them are velour finished so feel soft).
