Boots Travel Pillow
Advantages: soft material, quick to inflate and deflate
Disadvantages: seam around the edge
During my travels I was on quite a few long flights, after waking up twice with a horribly saw and achy head I decided to buy one of these pillows as I noticed a few people were using them.
In one of the departure lounges I spotted them hanging up in Boots and suddenly remembered that I'd promised myself I'd buy one. It was £6, not exactly what I'd call cheap but I got some Advantage Points so I didn't entirely mind =D
The packaging isn't very helpful as you can't get into it without a pair of scissors, obviously I didn't have a pair on me so I had to pester the stewardess who was handing out the drinks. When I finally got into it I blew it up - which took approximately a minute, not too bad. On that note it's also very easy and quick to deflate (just sit on it!). It also has a bag you can put it in, but the stitching on this came apart because I was forcing the pillow into it - so I dont whether its because I hadnt folded it correctly and couldnt get it in properly or because the bag was justg useless in general.
The sewn up stitching around the whole outside was quite uncomfortable because it dug into my kneck several times and I had an imprint of it around the back of my kneck after use.
The material is very soft, Im not too keen on the colour but it was very comfortable whilst counting sheep. When I woke up I had no achy kneck and was feeling very refreshed after my lovely peaceful sleep.
Summary: Good & useful
