The brush plays a large part in the finished result of your make-up, so it's worth spending money on a finer quality of brush. Spending loads on foundaton and eyeshadow is pointless if you've not got the tools needed to apply it flawlessly.
I'm a make up junkie and have tried many professional brushes from well known brands (Pout, Benefit, MAC, Max Factor, Ruby & Millie etc), but none have come close to my new BFF Silk Pro.
I admit; I'd never heard of SilkPro before I got the opportunity to try this set; But I'm so glad I did.
The bristles [mixture of natural and synthetic hair] are soft & non-scratchy. My make up goes on evenly & looks great. I've been using this set almost daily and no bristles have fallen out and when I wash the brushes, the brstles bounce back into shape.
I'd loudly recommend this set to fellow make up junkies. Even if you're not used to using a varity brushes I'd still recommend this set; the brushes' use is stamped on the handle of each one to take out any confusion or guessing.
The only tiny issue I've had has been with the eyebrow brush. Simply put; the brush is way too narrow. I use it as a liner brush instead, so it's not wasted.
* This is called a travel set due to the case. The brushes are full size.

This is a truly lovely set of make-up brushes that comes beautifully packaged. The case actually looks and smells like real leather and it is hard enough to keep the brushes completely safe whilst travelling. The lining is high quality too.
The set includes the following brushes: 1 powder, 1 blush, 1 foundation, 1 concealer, 1 medium eye shader, 1 smudger, 1 pointed eye liner, 1 flat eyeliner, 1 angle eyebrow, 1 angle eye fluff, 1 brow/lash brush and 1 lip brush.
The brushes themselves all have the names engraved on them so you know whether you're using a flat eyeliner brush or an eye shading brush, which is really helpful. I think a simple advice booklet on how to use each brush for the best effects would have been a nice addition for make-up novices though.
The handles are sturdy and short enough to give good control but long enough to not be fiddly. The brush heads are incredibly soft and feel amazingly smooth and silky on the skin.
The concealer brush is slightly firmer and is absolutely perfect for covering up blemishes and spots - a real lifesaver for those of us who've previously tried to cover up our skin imperfections with concealer dabbed on straight from the stick!
The powder brush is lovely and big though the blusher brush is a little small for me and you will need to practise your blending to avoid getting harsh or noticeable lines.
I would however say that the eye shadow brushes are all quite large and I could have done with a slightly smaller one to be included.
Altogether though this is an excellent set, and as a high quality single make-up brush will not leave you much change from a tenner if bought individually, I highly recommend snapping up this set whilst its at its current low price!
The RRP of this set is £99.99 but it is currently avaliable on Amazon.co.uk for £35.26 which I think is brilliant.
