OK....I cannot get very excited about a Travel Adapter and so I'm not actually going to try! But, on I did need a travel adapter when I travelled to Hawaii early in the summer and I didn't want to spend a lot of money on it so I jumped when I saw a Tourist UK to USA Travel Adapter on Amazon for the very inexpensive price of £1.34. I have since seen it advertised for as low are 60p and so, to be honest, if you just need a bog standard adapter, you really can't go wrong in opting for this.

How do I describe this product?? Well, its simply a 2 pin plug that is compatible with the US electricity system and then on the back panel is a 3 point plug socket which is compatible with electrical products from the UK.

The two pin plug fits into the US sockets perfectly and securely and isn't loose like some adapters I have used in the past. Similarly, the plugs on the UK electrical products also fits easily into the 3 pin socket on the back of the adapter without needing any wiggling about. And, most importantly, having this product means that I can use my GHD's which, quite frankly, is an absolute necessity!

I do think the product does what it says on the tin. Its a decent travel adapter for the USA and Canada that comes at a fraction of the price I see similar products sold for at the airport. Its simple....if you're going to the USA and you don't already have an adapter, then you can't really go wrong buying this one.
