You should be extremely cautious if you are considering dealing with these people. We booked our accommodation through "UK Static Caravan". This is the caravan that we stayed in for the week: http://www.static-caravan.co.uk/meaney_quaywest.htm We booked this caravan for the week 5/9/2009 - 12/9/2009. When we booked the caravan, it was advertised as having Freeview, DVD Player and Playstation2. This was not the case. 	STA Travel ... do not recommend STA. A coworker and I used them to book a trip for students because their prices seemed to be the best and they said they could accept individual checks from each family. That information turned out to be wrong, but we weren t informed of it until they sent us our contract, which was sent two weeks late and therefore we d already collected the checks. They weren t able to work with us, so we collected new checks and then made credit card payments from our own personal accounts. It wasn t until that point that they informed us we owed $22 per passenger for some kind of travel card. My coworker and I had to cover the cost of those cards out of pocket un... 	Newmarket Holidays Coach Tours ... have just returned from a weekends trip to see Daniel Odonniel. From start to finish the driver / tour manager were fantastic. They couldnt do enough for us. There was a lady on our bus who was in a wheelchair and they were so good with her, helping her on/off the bus. There was another passanger who felt unable to walk when we got to the theatre, the tour manager went out of his way to insure she had use of a wheelchair so she was able to see the show. Although there were no toilets on the bus there was plenty of comfort stops on the way. The driver kept us informed at all times as to how long the journey would take.
