Personally myself and my wife have travelled with Airtours on each of the last 3 main two week holidays to Cuba, Maldives and Domincan Republic.

On all three trips we have had no problems whatsoever. Staff/Reps have always been very helpful and easy to find. They always seem to be where they say they will be, and at the time they say they will be there.

One problem we had in Cuba was that we simpy ran out of money, as we were on a All Inclusive holiday we underetimated how much we would need for pressies, trips etc. The rep assisted us in arranging a transfer from the UK, and even picked up the money for us from the local bank.

We would not travel with anyone else at this point and would highly recommend Airtours as a suitable Travel Company.

I cant say that we have had bad service from any other companies either, but at the moment we feel we are safest with Airtours, and see no reaosn to change.
