Advantages: GREAT IDEA

Disadvantages: TOO EXPENSIVE TO SET UP IN THE UK

After looking at a few PRE-PAID TRAVEL CARDS , I looked at the American Express one, since my daughter was going to the U.S.A, thought great , i can do it in dollars, But looking at the fees they charge ,they are certainly ripping the people of the U.K. off all other firms charge around £10, but AMERICAN EXPRESS CHARGE £20 now to make matters worse they only charge there own people in the U.S.A $14-95 =£8-50 AND ON THE MAINLAND OF EUROPE our eec. partners are only charged 20 EUROS =£13-50 , After e mailing them for a reason , they can not reply?? so it looks like a money belt, or if you know of a good card ,please let me know
