We have used Bakers Dolphin several times now. We have booked a half board holiday to Jersey through them and have been on their London flyer coach service. We have never had any problems booking or with the holiday/trips and have always found their staff friendly. We trusted them so much that we booked a three day trip to Paignton for my parents for their 25th wedding anniversary. The coach driver made a determined effort to do something special for them on the day of their anniversary and arranged to have a message of congratulations written in lights at the Babbacombe model village which he persuaded them to visit. The coach used to travel to London was comfortable and the service brilliant - we were offered drinks and sandwiches. We have now booked our first ever holiday abroad with them and have appreciated the help they gave us in understanding the brochure and working out the cost of the holiday.
