Advantages: Free fun is the sweetest
Disadvantages: Not everyone has the patience.
I have always enjoyed travel and getting things for nothing,(prehaps you are the same?) and so I absolutely LOVE the chance to travel for nothing. By happy coincidence BA is both my favorite airline and one of the most generious when it comes to giving things away. BA has a policy of charging its customers a premium rate when it can get away with it, but it is prepared to be very cheap when it has to because there is nothing more expensive for an airline than an empty seat. It is possible to get free filghts with some of these methods but they work better with hollidays. Before you do anything, log on to the BA website and put yourself on to the mailing list for 'View'. This is a promotional magasine (quite good really) that gives you an automatic 10% discount just for having. While you are there you should also put yourself on the list for email alerts should really cheap holidays turn up. Finaly, join the BA Executive Club. Now, I know that most of us are not 'real' executives but it is a free service and you will get some nice luggage tags to stop your luggage getting lost and some loyalty points. (Until very recently you could not get BA Executive Club points on holidays until BA realised that even Executives go on holiday sometimes.) This is only your fallback position. I would like you to get your holiday free. Now go to www.airmiles.co.uk and register. Your card will take an age to arrive but will enable you to collect air miles and redeem them for holidays. Finaly (most people forget this) go to www.ipoints.co.uk register there and get £10 holiday vouchers for your participation. Happy freeloading!
