Advantages: Accommodating, hepful, welcoming and friendly staff

Disadvantages: Sometimes dont have what you want

I have had several experiences with the Co-Op travel, and can say that they have always given me or found the holiday which I wanted (eventually I have to add)

I found that they do have a lot of holidays on offer alongside some good competitive prices, but you have to be specific about what you want, and what your budget is, or else you could end up on the phone or in the shop for a lot longer than you bargained for browsing through all the holidays on offer.

Every member of staff I have come into contact with or interacted with from on the phone to face to face have been helpful and attentive, and I feel that they are more than willing to help you and find you exaclty what you want, more often than not they also arrange for to call you back with offers, holidays or trips to suit you and your needs, if they cant find something for you immediately which I think shows excellent customer service.

If thinking about buying a holiday or trip through Co-Op travel I would give you this piece of advice: know pretty much what you want, this way you can save your self the time and hassel of not having to go through what can feel like 1001 holidays.
