WORST customer service ever - would never use again.

I booked my holiday with co-operative travel online around 4 months ago where i was very pleased with the cost.
However, 4 months later here I am unaware of anything about my holiday and i go in 5 weeks. I havent been told who i am flying with so i cant book transfers as i am unable to provide a terminal number. I dont know how much luggage i have got and whether or not i have hand luggage, im unsure as to whether or not i have transfers so i dont know whether or not i have to arrange my own travel from the airport.
I have rung several times, the first time i got told that they didnt have any details of my booking. I tried ringing to pay and i couldnt get through so i rang a store who told me i could pay there - when i arrived there they told me because i paid online i had to pay over the phone so really it was a wasted journey, however they rung and got straight through. I rang again this morning and i was on hold for just over 7 minutes before they hung up on me and when i eventually got through they said the details would be sent to be 7 days before i fly - which is no use to me considering i have no idea about transfers. Then when i enquired about transfers they were going to be a huge amount of money if i didnt have them included.
I am very disappointed with the way that they run their holidays and i dont think it is helpful in the slightest.
I would never book with this company again. I would rather pay the extra bit of money and have the security of booking through a company such as thomas cook.
Summary: Would never use again.
