I used a travel agents company called MK Travel here in Blackburn to book my holiday to Dubai. The service was just terrible they offered me a lower price for my tickets but then changed their minds on the last day!

The owner told me they would be increasing prices because they wanted their own profit. I could not cancel the tickets because they did not want to give deposits back either.

I had to pay a damn extra 250 quid for the four tickets just to fly abroad. Travel agents can be a big headache as at any time they can take your ticket of and charge you more.Most of them will ask for deposits or else they will not put your place on for booking tickets.

When you are booking tickets with travel agents its better to check your self elsewhere than booking online.By booking this way you will save money in average travel agents make around 40 pounds per ticket for each booking they make.

Any one who has a bad experience with travel agents needs to know this. Before they actually set up their own company they have to put in some money in a bond which is a legal requirement. If customers have had a bad holiday which was not what they was told you can claim through this. So remember those who have had a bad holiday that you can claim through the company bond if the travel agent has mislead you when selling the ticket.
