First choice customer services dont know the meaning of the word, after being encouraged to take travels cheques on holiday i find the hotel does not change them as its out of season so ended up using my debit card on returning to First choice to change my unused cheques back they charge me teh buying rate therefore making me £60.00 out of pocket for something they should of know in advance when contatcing customer services all i get is a no not even a good will gesture. I feel this is an under hand way of getting more money out of customers and wont use them again they were not a bit interested either at the shop or there so called customer services team. in this time of resession you think they would be keen to keep customers not chase them away all in all a very bad experience leaving a nasty tatse in th mouth
