Not to bad, but don't believe hype (First Choice)

I went to Morroco for some cheap winter sun with them. Fair enough - cheap. The hotel was adequate, although the pool was unusable because it wasn't warm enough in March in the shade. The in resort rep was very little use and of course concentrated on trying to sell add on trips that cost getting on for the cost of the package in the first place. The transport (air and transfer) was efficient.
The thing that really, really annoyed me was the "customer survey" on the flight back. We had been pre-advised by the rep that we should tick all the high-rated boxes, of course. On the plane (or was it the rep on the ground) we were told to rate the survey in a particular way. The categories were, I think, excellent, good, fair, average, poor, and we were told something like "only go below "good" if we thought the service was in the bottom 5%"!
Don't be surprised if they boast of their high customer satifaction rates.
