Last choice more like!! This was my 1st holiday to Marmaris and i was so excited. Booking the holday the travel agent convinced myself and my partner that Marmaris was more our type of holiday that our first choice Lanzarote.

So we decided to go ahead and book the holiday package that the travel agent bragged up. He said the hotel was fantastic and lots of entertainment at night so we would not have to leave the hotel to much (we did not have a lot of money) and we were also all enclusive.

Arriving in Marmaris we had 1 and a half hour trip to our hotel whitch was fine. What was disappointing ws that the first choice rep told us we would be having a 15 minute stop at a little cafe/shop. We were also told this was cheap. it was not it cost £16 for 2 rolls on ham and 2 cans of cola!

Out hotel was lovely pity about the staff, the food and the entertainment or should i say lack of entertainment! The same food was served the whole week, a CD was our night time entertainment ad the staff were so so so rude. Hotel Karen's upside was the maid service lovely lady.

We ended up spending over £1000 on holiday after eating out EVERY day.

Dont be put off Marmaris it's lovely and the people are too. What ruined our holiday First Choice!
