First Choice was the first company that I had a package tour with. It was a bargain basement economy last minute deal to Estartit in Spain. The holiday was a new experience, we didn't know what to expect. It went well, we all enjoyed the experience, and we were all happy to go again with First Choice.

This time we were more adventurous and went to the Canary Islands. We had lovely accommodation. There were one or two problems which were sorted out by our rep straight away. We had a whale of a time, the reps were involved with the day to day business of kids club and excursions and evening entertainment. We went home and had nothing but good impressions about First Choice.

When we were booking the holiday of a lifetime, we naturally turned to First Choice. We trusted them , we knew what the staff would be like, we knew what the customer service would be like and we knew what standard the accommodation would be.

We were not mistaken. We went to Cuba, the staff were helpful and knowledgeable about the location . They spoke Spanish fluently in case there were any problems. The customer service was excellent. The excursions arranged were first class. We could not fault them. The accommodation was beautiful. We had a great time.

I have been on holiday with other travel companies, and had a variety of problems which were not resolved to my satisfaction. The next time I want a brilliant holiday I will not hesitate to contact First Choice.

Summary: I am surprised every one doesn't choose it first.
