Flight CentreNewest Review: ... fixed requirements on what flights we need. A major bonus for me is that once Flight Centre have found suitable flights, they can hold the tickets for a while until I give the go ahead to book - the length of time tickets can be held depends on the airline. After the tickets are booked, if I need to make any changes, I just contact our account manager and she will do it all for me. Another ... more |

Since January this year I've been working closely with Flight Centre for work. They contacted me to see if we would be interested in using them for our travel needs, but had they not done that I would have soon been looking for an agent as our travel needs grew. The dealings I have had with Flight Centre have been almost entirely for business purposes, although I have made enquiries for personal trips for myself and colleagues. Just when I am just getting used to extremely poor customer service in London along Flight Centre. They were very professional and did a great job of helping me to organise my flights. This was even more of a suprise to me as flight centre in Australia is generally quite poor (although cheap). When I tried to book a flight with them in Australia they messed up the booking and it would have cost me an extra $400 for the flight (which meant I had to take the train instead and waste a couple of days. The attached ratings relate to the UK (Goodge St) office. ... Read the complete review

Booking airline tickets is on of the things I hate most about travelling, and for some reason I always think of every other travel agency in the world before I think of trying Flight Centre. And yet, despite this, I can honestly say they have been able to help me out every time I have eventually remembered them. In fact I used them a few days ago, and despite being approx. 10 pounds dearer than the best quote I had got, I booked through them purely because they ahd been so much more helpful than anywhere else. These guys really do hunt down the best fares for you and will try different routes to get cheaper fares. I have never challenged their lowest prices ... Read the complete review
