Good Service - A rarity in London (Flight Centre)

Just when I am just getting used to extremely poor customer service in London along Flight Centre. They were very professional and did a great job of helping me to organise my flights. This was even more of a suprise to me as flight centre in Australia is generally quite poor (although cheap). When I tried to book a flight with them in Australia they messed up the booking and it would have cost me an extra $400 for the flight (which meant I had to take the train instead and waste a couple of days. The attached ratings relate to the UK (Goodge St) office.
