Going plaves my fave travel agent (Going Places)

Advantages: Really helpfull friendly staff

Disadvantages: Sometimes you have to wait a bit to speak to an agent

I have been using Going Places for my last 4 holidays and i have always been really impressed with them. We used to spend ages looking at differnt brochures trying to decide where to go and how much it would cost but not any more. What we do now is decide what destination we want to travel to and head to Going Places. They take down all the information like budget, type of holiday, time of year, star rate of hotel, full board/ all inclusive etc and then thats when they get to work and earn their money.

We went to Portugal this year in April, when we booked it all the prices were just a bit more than we wanted to pay and we are always very specific about the type of hotel and the location of the accomodation. The girl took her time and with great patience eventually found a deal for an all inclusive deal at a 4 star hotel, all inclusive for about £1800 for my wife and two children. Brilliant and we had a great holiday.

They staff are always very helpfull and seem to have great knowledge about their business. I would find it very hard to go past them now and becasue they are ABTA approved i feel my money is safe. The other thing i have found really nice about them is they will come and go with payments. A couple of times i have been going to go past the date to pay the ballance of the holiday and they have been really helpfull and let me pay a bit late.

Summary: Great travel agent with good personal service
