I have used Going places for booking my holidays many times and have had no complaints at all at the service that I have been given. The customer service is second to none, the girls in the shops ( I have never been served by a man in Going Places), are very helpful and knowledgeable about the different resorts, a lot of them appear to have personal knowledge having visited a wide variety of countries themselves. I have booked several late deal holidays through them and have been pleasantly surprised by the value and service you receive even though they cant be making a huge amount of commission out of you! Not pushy either, you never feel that you are being sold a particular holiday which makes me and I am sure others more inclined to book through them
