we have just got back from golden sands mablethorpe. it was not really that bad the holiday is what you make it, we had a standerd caravan because it were really cheap just to get way for a few days it is were i would not like to take my main holiday but a short break it were fine.

i had a few isuses when i got in caravan the were no front of kithen draw and all sharp knifes and sharpe kithen untenciles were in the cupard and with an 18 month old daughter did not go down too well!!

there were a dead spider on bedroom wall as well and the freezer had no draw niether and inside it were just a block off ice not to good for a s/c holiday.

i found the staff not so help full niether when we arrived at gates the bloke showed us were to go in the temp car park. then we got directed to the bar were you had to check in we all said we feel like a heard of cows the way they just move you about,then we did check in and got sent to pick up our linen and when we got to the counter the lady just looked at us like we were surpossed to no what we were doing there was no hello or what caravan number are you nothing just very rude.

then one night we went for a meal on site and it were rubbish it like they dont care because the turnover of people is too huge
the bloke who served me didt put a part off the meal on so when the food came iwas sat there is no food then a lady came and said have you ordeded some food because he has not put it on and he also forgot to get my daughters drink for her. he also had on a dark pair off sunclasses once agian very rude.

we all said it were the staff they dont care they seam to expect u to no what you are doing which for some one who as never been on holiday with haven before is not good it seems haven staff need a lot a customer care training.

it were my first holiday with haven and my last..
