Advantages: LOADS OF SPACE, LOADS TO DO, AMAZING SURROUNDINGS, DOG FRIENDLY

Disadvantages: MY HOLIDAY WASN'T LONG ENOUGH

On arrival we were given a warm welcome and our passes until we could check in at 4. We were allowed to check in at 3.10 and given all the information we needed and headed off to our caravan. I thought we had walked into a 5* hotel as it was so clean and fresh it looked so nice well impressed our beds were all made up for us and we had heating in all rooms a microwave and freeview tv + dvd player all this for £130 mon to fri 2 adults and a dog superior plus. We had a wonderful holiday mostly spent on the beach just accross the road or the pub ALSO accross the road. very reasonable prices and friendly staff and dog friendly too. The beach and dunes are amazing with sand bus to mablethorpe aswell as land train and buses regularly. Rabbits and hares were everywhere on the park the beach, in the dunes (the dogs were shattered after chasing them so much) PLEASE BE SURE TO TAKE SUITABLE FOOTWEAR FOR THE BEACH AS THE GRASSES IN THE PATH TOWARDS THE BEACH AND DUNES ARE VERY SHARP. The beach is amazing not stoney at all, later in the day if your lucky as I was you will be amazed to see the seals that come quit close into shore, thats maybe why the seal sanctuary is nearby but we never made it there although it looked quite busy everyday. On the not so nice 1 day we decided to see what the camp site had to offer we went to the pool and to my amazement the outdoor pool was open and was as warm as the indoor pool wonderful! The evening entertainment is basic but fair enough for a family bit expensive and loads of extras to pay for. I would highly recomend eating away from the park as it is very expensive and everything comes with chips and a ton of fat on the sie not very nice stick to the ferryboat wonderful choices, great prices good size portions, food arrives piping hot and stays that way for ages cant say enough about this pub the entertainment is spot on and the staff are excellent all in all a wonderful holiday cant wait to go back thanks haven we love you!
